It was a great experience check in the apartment was very easy. We were allowed to to check in earlier than expected since our unit was all ready and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and approachable.Security aspect was imposed accordingly and I should say you can leave your belongings without any worry .The ocean view was spectacular I enjoyed every moment.Overall this apartment was well recommended . And thank you for letting us stay for a few hours in the lobby it was a huge bonus.

Worth a visit
Fantastic stay right at the beach...views to die for...Friendly helpful staff great balcony...far enough away from the bustle of the new town but accessible along the promenade. Plenty of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep...try Cheers for an amazing lunch!Pool looked nice but sunbeds in a different area so didn't use it. Beds a little hard but all very clean . Nice &quiet within the property & sound of the sea relaxing. Great choice for a week in the sun.

Basic apartment but clean with views to die for. Some nice eating places locally. Only gripe we had was no internet in the room, only in reception which wouldn't have been so bad if there had been a snack bar or even a bar (in the evening).

Great location. Perfect for walking anywhere.
We had a brilliant stay. Apartments were ideally situated with great views. Beds a bit hard but loads of space for four of us. We definitely use again!

Good price, basic accommodation, clean n tidy. Staff are helpful. Great location on the beach, away from the night life but just a short taxi ride or 15min walk in. Great base for a weekend away with the boys

Despite posters posted all over the apartments Saying that rowdy behaviour would not be tolerated. IT WAS......!!!! Wouldn't recommend it at all Unless I was planning a bozy weekend

On 16th floor, views amazing overlooking beach, good lift service. All facilities on your doorstep. New town taxi ride away or stroll 20 mins through the shops, restaurants,live music bars along the beach/seafront. Staff helpful. No air-conditioning though, good flow of air through apartment and wifi only available in reception but lots of free wifi in vars restaurants etc Full sized fridge, cooker & microwave & range of crockery & pots etc.

really good- only thing was they tried to charge us for towels that were 'missing' from the room when infact the maid had cleared them out. we did resolve it thou. location was great and it was very clean !

Stags and Hens are a problem here !!!
The reception staff are very welcoming and are ready to assist in any way they can. Adequate lifts get you to where you need to be.The apartments on a whole are great. Clean, tidy and reasonably maintained. The location is excellent for the beach and local bars and restaurants. It isn't too far to take a leisurely walk down into the new town where there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by the streams of Stag and Hen parties that dominated all of the buildings communal areas. Reception, the bar and pool area where swarming with loud drunken revellers who had no respect for themselves never mind any of the other guests. Foul language filled the air day and night, with very little respite. The final straw came when a member of one of these very large bawdy groups defecated in the swimming pool causing it to be closed down for cleaning. All of this behaviour took place in the presence of several families with small children. To say I was thoroughly disgusted is an understatement. The hotel had placed signs in public areas to state that they would not tolerate any loud drunken behaviour, however, I feel if that was for our peace of mind, as it certainly didn't act as a deterrent. Groups would return all hours of the night causing broken sleep and frayed tempers.....

Noises, but nice views
Lovely position overlooking the sea. However, you could hear noises above you when walking or moving about. You could hear talking and coughing. It was not a quiet apartment and could imagine it being awful in the height of the season!

Amazing views. Clean apartment. Good place to stay in Benidorm, not too quiet. but not 'crazy'. Only downside awful noisy drains in bathroom which after talking to other guests appears to be just in our appt. We did complain but problem wasn't resolved. Would stay there again-but would make sure not in same room.

Fantastic Location
Beni beach apartments are dated in terms of accommodation but the location is perfect. The size of the balcony is amazing and the sliding windows enveloping the balcony are perfect for taking in the sparkling lights of the new town with a late night winter drink. All members of staff we met were friendly and the room was serviced 2 days into our stay - not what we were expecting after reading some of the reviews! The returnable 40 euros cash deposit is a slight inconvenience but having looked around at alternative accommodation for future reference a group of 8 of us unanimously decided should we return to Benidorm for Christmas there is nowhere better (for the price and location) than Beni beach apartments. We did purchase some great deals at the airport on our way home with our surplus euros so paying the deposit turned out to be a bonus in reality...

Great staff very helpful. Our oven stopped working late one night, new one next morning. Location lovely and quiet but grocery sports and clothes shops within metres plus bars on doorstep. Lively places within 5 to 10 mins walk. Spacious apartment with stunning views. Very large balcony.

Cheap Cheerful with an Amazing View
Was a little concerned because of the low price we paid compared to others in the area , But it exceeded our expectations, okay there was some noise but that was due to banging doors by accident as we soon learned to hold on to the door on entering otherwise it slammed shut as we entered the room. we were on the 8th floor and the view was fantastic we have paid extra for a sea view in the past but we got this as standard also the balcony was set low so you could just sit and view across the bay . we had breakfast in the bar café they have and it was well priced and as good as any in the local bars . read complaints about room service , if you want clean towels or bedding just ask at reception. You enter the apartments from the rear when you arrive , but in order to get straight on to the beach you go to floor minus eight via the lift and it just across the road , by the way if you fancy a cheap beer with free tapas and the steaks are great too try the Spanish bar as you leave the apartments next to the beach shop . Real Value for Money Apartments .you need to leave an 80 euro or 80 pounds deposit with reception so have some cash to hand and do not bother with the tv remote as there are no English channels and you can operate tv manually anyway . Close the windows on the terrace at night as the sea can get really loud during the night .

Been here before and very acceptable apartments , some parts could do with a bit of TLC but cleanliness etc is very good , very well stocked bar and decent selection of food available , great views from apartments front and rear and location ideal for nice short stroll into Old Town but not far either from New Town , longer stroll or plenty taxis available , location for beach cannot be beaten less than 2 minutes across Ave Espanola and hey presto ! I will be staying here again maybe June but definitely next October

Nice beach front location
We stayed for our 40th Wedding Anniversary in room 254 on the 25th floor, the sea view was fantastic from our very large balcony, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, area was very safe at night, only drawback was lots of stags and hens on the different floors, which became very loud and noisy at night and into the early morning, making it impossible to sleep, especially the stags.

Beware of the exchange rate when paying on arrival
The hotel is in a lovely spot and is clean and friendly. But on arrival I was asked to pay the balance of 1000 euros. The exchange rate that I was forced to pay by the hotel was 1.08. However the General rate around town was 1.16 This increased the cost of an already expensive stay. I will not go back to this hotel as I feel ripped off by unfair rates.

Hotel staff very frendly and helpfull - especially reception - all good english as well. bar area/usual holiday barmenu/pool tables/ outside bar sitting area / nice pool area for the kids - no sunloungers allowed around pool - bring towels. Hotel strict but fair on noise in apartments at night - quite area. 15min or less walk to benidorm old town - lots of shops/restaurents - the strip/square 30mins walk or taxi 8-12euro depending on traffic - lots of clubs/live music

Deposit charges for everything.
Too many restrictions... Pool cannot have sun loungers, music no bar. Deposit required per adult for breakages, remote for TV, also deposit for safe key. Lacks holiday atmosphere. Accommodation in room Also reminds me of a motel room seen in American movies! you do not want to be in room. Cooker kept on making electric fuse if using hob at same time!! Overall view is the only positive!

Pros: lovely location, all rooms have sea views across the whole bay. Room was spotless when we got there, pool area is relaxed, secluded and pretty. The area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but has a few bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk and the old town, which is full of amazing bars and restaurants is about a 10/ 15 minute walk away. Cons:the pool area has no sun loungers, this is not a deal breaker as the apartments are on the beach, but it did really irritate me as I would rather have the choice of a lounger by the pool, or by the beach. The towels got changed twice a week, which is fine, but the sheets only once, it would have been nice to have them changed twice a week too. It would also have been good if the pool had some normal toilets, not unisex urinal things and also access to the bar/snacks as for this you have to go through reception. Overall a lovely place to stay and a great location. Everyone who we spoke to there was happy with the apartments and some were regular visitors. The only improvement i would suggest is for the pool area to be a bit more use able.

Benibeach Stag visit
The Hotel staff are extremly helpful, we went on a stag do, and we were probably a nosense 90% of the time, but never the less the staff on shift were always on hand for drinks & food even in the quiet off season we went. Not to put people off because this is not a rowdy hotel. Our room had a great sea view on 3rd floor. Highly recommended

When we read the reviews on these apartments, we were apprehensive, but having stayed there,are some of these people on another planet ?.The views are perhaps the best in Benidorm, the staff cannot do enough for there guests,the apartment's are kept spotless,the location is again one of the best,if not the best in Benidorm.. Its not 5 stars but its location and views for the price are 10 stars

Nice location on Poniente close to old town
Was a last minute holiday and perfectly located for our needs. We love going to various tapas bars .. plenty to choose from. Only down side was building work going on next door but it wasn't too bad as managed to sleep through it no bother. If you hire a car they have parking at a lower rate so well worth booking space there.

Excellent view and location
Spent most of our time outdoors. So much to do and see up and down the beach Boulevard. Excellent kitchen and eating area. Fully stocked kitchen/bathroom. A view from every suite. Played pool inside and did laundry in the lobby. Supermarket half a block and shopping everywhere. Can't wait to go back!
