Staff were helpful if asked, though they dont speak English and our Spanish is limited. Try and speak to Meribel, she is an English speaker and will go out of her way to help and advise, even saying to ringvand ask if you need anything after leaving

A very nice place and the staff was very good. I think our room was not one of the remodeled rooms as shown on hotels.com website. Never the less, we enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation is a more comfortable bed.

Great hotel and staff
Wonderful staff and a great location! Summer must be even better since they have two pools and a lot of deck for relaxing. In the winter, there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. The staf recommended a few options and we had a great time.

Prachtige omgeving
Het is een keurig en gastvrij hotel. Mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, diner is prima, ontbijt slecht. Bedden zijn verschrikkelijk. Werden gek van het geblaf van de honden van een boerderij in de buurt en het afgaan van een soort kanon om de minuut. Waarschijnlijk voor het verjagen van vogels.

La estancia en general ha sido muy agradable, el entorno inmejorable, enclavado en un lugar privilegiado para visitar los Pueblos Blancos e incluso la costa de Cádiz y Málaga. La limpieza es excelente y los desayunos buenos y abundantes. El personal es muy amable y atento. La piscina está a dos pasos de las habitaciones y tanto desde allí como desde la terraza del bar se ven unas vistas impresionantes de toda la zona.

Una joya en la montaña. Estuvimos una noche de paso para ir al Caminito del Rey y la pasamos muy bien. Ya desde la llegada la señora de la recepción fue muy amable. Es un lugar hermoso, linda habitación y baño, muy buen desayuno y tiene un restaurante a buen precio donde almorzamos y cenamos muy bien. La señora que atiende la recepción y da el desayuno super amable, hasta nos imprimió las entradas para el Caminito. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos un día más pero estábamos de paso. Aunque no lo usamos, está disponible ingresar a las piscinas municipales que se veían muy lindas. Altamente recomendable.

No me gustó la limpieza del inodoro , la tapadera precintada y el inodoro sucio. La ducha de nuestra habitación inundó todo el cuarto de baño era una habitación adaptada para minusválidos
