"The staff was friendly and polite upon arrival. Parking was easy. And the location of the hotel served our needs perfectly. Our room, however, was acceptable. They should invest in a good detailed cleaning. Our rating would be higher if not for this aspect. That detail took a possibly stupendous experience down to acceptable."
