A hotel that is actually true to its reviews.

"This hotel was a lucky find. It is small, has character, is situated in a quiet street well away from the areas that cater to mass tourism, and is close to the port and sentrum. Kleopatra beach is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk. Or room selection was upgraded - it was a large and modern, dawas, clean, comfortable and had a balcony that had views to the mountains and harbour. Breakfast had an extensive choice that varied each day and was eaten in a delightful garden setting. There is a small market next door, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. Absolutely nothing disappointed or was not to like. "

Amazing view

"A boutique hotel in the old section of Alanya. Sits inside the old walls of the castle on the peninsula. Getting there by car is a bit challenging with the narrow cobblestone streets, traffic and pedestrians. Getting to the small hotel parking area is best done with the help of a staff member. We parked nearby, went to the hotel and then got the directions on where to park. Alanya is a bit of a party town and the music late at night can be a pain."

"The staff, particularly Neyla at the front desk, were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in excellent location. The room was modern and clean. The view was breath taking and make sure you're up for the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff unbelievable. Please, tip generously. I will be staying here my future trips."

"We loved our room . We had a private pool room and it was amazing. There was a good view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. We had one morning at the spa and it was very relaxing . "

"The hotel has lack of character and is bland of feel. The pools seem to have been added as an afterthought just to say the hotel has a pool. Although they state that the bedrooms are insulated there is a terrible echo along the corridor at night and you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. Having travelled to many places around the world the breakfast here is one of the worst it’s as though they don’t want you there."

Stinky filthy public areas smelling of toilet

"The room itself was great with a few problems. The balcony overlooking park and Sea was an incredible location. And the room was clean and odour free. The entrance lobby had an overwhelming stink of cat pee and the filthy sofa was always occupied by a different cat. The hotel manager firmly positioned himself there daily and was not known to move off his cell phone even with guests present waiting. The terrible odour was mentioned and nothing was done. The smell also extended to elevator and on several occasions the pee in corridors was mentioned. Sometimes cleaned sometimes not. A clogged flush took 29 hours to fix when a plunger was only tool required. Frustrated I asked for one and manager said hotel didn’t have one. Only the night manager offered to move me to another room until repair was made. Manager offered no relief. Television was unplugged for entire 2 week diration, despite house staff and night manager trying to plug it in, there was an outlet blockage that the manager kept promising to fix and didn’t. The hotel is in an ideal location and the rooms good. Poor management, filthy public area conditions ruins a perfectly acceptable property. Excuse given for cat stench is that the park is a cat park. With exception of the restaurant and hotel not a single other business bordering the park had any cat toilet smell. Not even the park smells! "

"Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise. "
