The main experience is nice and beautiful the staff are friendly and it's not expensive at all it's got everything you need and it's got its own private beach the food is free all meals and it's actually very good quality and about 500 yards away from a bazaar got everything you need.. So I can promise you that you won't regret it. The only problem is there's not many staff speaks English but they manage.
To say this is the worst hotel ever is a massive understatement.
We stay here for a week in September and none of the hotel staff spoke English. All the staff were rude and the whole complex was full of Russians. The hotel only seemed to cater for its Russian guests as all the food and night entertainment was in Russian.
The electricity in our room went off a lot and not once did anyone come to investigate. Instead we waited for 5 hours till the lights came back on.
Theres so much i can say about this hotel but my experience was so negative i dont know where to begin. All i can say is stay away from this resort.
Not much we could fault at this hotel - one or two things like the strange rules about booking into the a la carte restaurants, the rather noisy domestic staff whose base was right outside our door (in fairness, we were offered an alternative room) and the fact that the band in the bar played the same repertoire every night. The beach is pretty stony. But on the whole, a really excellent place to stay.
