“Am besten sind die Cocktails”

Das Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnunung. Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis wert, wenn man über die möglichen kostenlosen Extras informiert ist. Die Cocktailbar ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Pool-/Saunalandschaft ist nett (wenn auch der Innenpool zum Schwimmen zu klein ist). Der Außenpool war Ende Oktober noch offen und angenehm. Der Service war in der Regel angenehm und unaufdringlich. Nur der Abschluss machte einiges zunichte: Die Rechnung war nicht transparent (nach intensiver Kontrolle zuhause stellt sie sich sogar als überhöht heraus). Das Erstellen hat 5 min. gedauert und wurde nicht erklärt. Unangemessen für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

“Gepflegtes Hotel”

Das Best Western Hotel Castanea in Adendorf bei Lüneburg ist ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Service. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gesaugt und das Bad geputzt. Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu. Es liegt ruhig neben dem Golfplatz. Das Hallenbad könnte etwas größer sein.

Traveller's tip
In der Nähe befindet sich eine Eishalle und ein Kindertobezentrum, was aber die Ruhe des Hotels nicht stört.
