Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

"breakfast was good. The room was clean. We had a little bump in the road because they didn’t find my reservation because I got there so late so I would at least suggest calling them and letting them know that when you’re coming late that you are still coming so they don’t mark you is not coming and give you your room away other than that it’s great"

"Property is nice. Bathroom faucet too much pressure. When you open the faucet it splashes on you! Then the tub drain took an hour to drain coz lotsa hairs. Maintenance has to come clean it. It’s such an old bldg. Elevators were slow."

"Everything was nice, the staff was nice. The only problem which wasn't really a problem was the food prices at the hotel. The amount of the room should have come with a free breakfast and free parking."
Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly, the hotel restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. (Our server Sue was an absolute delight and so much fun) the beds were super comfortable and the taco place in the parking lot was amazing! My only complaint was the smell of the cleaning product they use irritated my sinuses. Great place to stay!"
