Room was very clean and comfortable, except for really annoying bright parking lot lights that kept the room lit all night, even with the dark curtains closed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Almost !
Was visiting relative and working… The property was nice enough but look like it needed updates. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would probably stay again. I thought that breakfast was included. I was disappointed with that.

Need to put towel shelf in different area
overall stay nice…. not quit disabled freely in the bathroom. double metal towel rack just above the grab bar next to the toilet makes it difficult to hold on to for balance support, having to lean and try not to bump shoulder or head on the shelf.

The parking lot was unsafe for a single woman. No lights were on in the parking lot at 9:00 p.m. The TV did not work. I have attached pictures for you to see the condition of the room.

We arrived an hour early hoping we could check in somewhat early because we had a 3:30 appointment. The front desk clerk went to see if our room was ready and returned 50 minutes later allowing us to check in. The laminate floor was gritty. Countertops sticky. The toilet was very low making in very difficult for a 6’2” man. The recliner wouldn’t recline. No one was ever at the front desk, even to check out. There were only 2 handicapped spaces in the whole parking lot.

There was a clump of women’s hair in one of the beds. I don’t know if the sheets had not been change from the prior reservation or it came from the dryer like that. Either way the clump should have been noticed when the sheets were changed.

Refrigerator was terribly noisy. Air conditioner unit was noisy. The tv volume was maxed however you couldn’t hear it and hardly hear it at all if the refrigerator was running or the a/c was running. All 4 drawers in the kitchen would fall open because they weren’t level. The staff was wonderful.

Good location for me, surprisingly quiet considering hotel was near capacity. Shower was VERY good with excellent water pressure and good temperature regulation. Not always the case in hotels I've stayed at before. Hallway carpets worn and not too clean, missing ceiling time in hallway, and room smelled of stale smoke (cigar?)
