"The resort got a makeover and is completely refurbished. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We took our kids with us hiking, for which there are plenty of options, but childcare is available too if kids prefer not to hike. After the hike, we used the water park, enjoyed dinner and then used the family/game room for entertainment. It was perfect!"

"We came for a week vacation. Unfortunately, my mother passed away during my stay (on day 3). I was told the sad news at midnight and so the next morning I asked to check out and go home for the funeral. The manager - Mrs. Mathe insisted that I pay for the full week. "The deluxe hotel room was not clean and the furniture worn out. After having dinner at the restaurant I got stomack infection. The spa was nice but the hot tub was out of order. Staff very unfriendly. Can not recommend."
