"We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. "We got to the hotel in the morning before check in but were given a temporary key to use the pool facilities. The pool is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed using this facility, however, the day we were there it was Easter Monday and for some reason the pool bar was closed, hence the pool area was pretty quiet. We could order drinks through a telephone service by the pool but it took a whole hour to have the drinks delivered. So we were wondering how the rest of the service was going to be during...
