"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible. "Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!"
