"Fantastic hotel, well kept. Under renovation, but you don't even notice. Given Kyiv is still facing Russian airstrikes, the hotel has a comfortable and very safe shelter in tbe basement and staff who arrive with tea and cookies. Location is fantastic, food is good, staff are friendly. Very worth your stay."

"Overall our stay at Bursa Hotel was good. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro & it is in a nice area. The lady that checked us in & out was very friendly and helpful & she always had a smile on her face. Breakfast was good, the room was clean. "It is a nice hotel. Be sure that you are aware that the pool that is advertised is not in the hotel. It’s in another building, you will have to pay to get in, and you need to wear a cap on your head while swimming. They have caps available but they are expensive. "
