However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it. "

"Rooms come with washing machine and detergent provided too. Breakfast had a good spray. Hotel located right above Chengdu Raffles City with no bothersome on choices of food. Outer of the hotel/mall are having mrt construction, hence walking to mrt station can be slightly tedious but is no big fuss for such short distance."

While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there.
