The staff were really helpful and made sure we got to the airport on time. On the down side, not great for public transport links. The water pressure in the shower was good, but this kind of made the shower cubicle leak, which in turn made the floor pretty slippery. The area had some good food but not easy to get to other parts of the city without a taxi. They nickle and dimed us for the snacks that were put on the coffee table. Other hotels executive suites I've stayed in had free minibars so I was surprised to get charged for potato chips and peanuts. Other than that disappointment our bathtub's drain was broken. The water wouldn't drain out. They fixed it promptly the next day but we didn't want to try our luck again. The executive lounge was alright. Some of breakfast items it was hard to tell how long they'd been on display. There are quite a few bars, coffee shops and a good mix of restaurants in the area. Metro is 10 minutes walk then easy to get to the centre. Airport is about 20 mins away.
