"Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! "Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5* "

"This is a lovely traditional country pub with friendly hosts and locals, attentive staff and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. The food is home cooked pub food at its best and the breakfast was high quality and served to your own personal preferences. Nice walk by the Humber completed our enjoyable night escape. Fantastic value for money, no hesitation in recommending this place. "

"Greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave lots of information about the stay. Nice modern room with aircon and a nice size shower. The bed was on the hard size for me. I can see why the room came with earplugs two packs would have been nice since I had to give them to my partner so I was left hearing others move about. Nice not to worry about parking. Will stay again."

"We used this as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is easy to find and there is parking only down side you have to pay to park but it’s not the hotel who make the charge. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. There was a lovely walk in shower with toiletries provided. My only criticism was the bed was a little high to get into."

They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. You can either eat in the lounge, no tablecloths, or take it back to your room. I had a family room so plenty of space. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The toilet and shower room was a bit cramped with the shower...

"Based on reviews opted iver a much more expensive brand in close proximity. (Tree x2) Its positioned itself to become attractive for investment and although only a single night was plesemtly surprised. Room large and clean. Bathrokm was a little small for the size but not really a issue. Materials in bathroom were budget but good condition Didnt try resturant, tesco accross.the road."

"I love village hotels. I think they're the best chain to stay in. Always good standards with great facilities. However, although we had a nice stay, and the staff as always were great, this one has seen much better days. It was very worn and looked tired. The carpets throughout need replacing. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the halls. Our rooms were nice, but just need a bit of tlc. A nice stay, but the hotel needs some love"

"Hotel was clean. Booked for a double room but got upgraded to a bigger room . Cleaners were polite, knocked before entering the room and asked if we needed anything. Hotel was very convenient just 2 minute walk from seafront. Would book the hotel again. "
