"Room was really nice and the free happy hour is a great touch! The only negatives were that I had to wait a while to check in as there was no one at the desk, and then I got a text asking how my check-in was, directed to "Mr. ..." Do you assume your guests traveling for business are male?"

"It was a good stay. We arrived at midnight and the employee (sorry forgot her name) was polite and got me checked in quickly and with an awesome smile on her face. The room was clean and wasnt in need of anything."

"The room needed a through cleaning. Bathroom floor on the edges, corners, floor was not clean. Dust on the edges. Hallway floor needs cleaning. "

"They do not offer breakfast and their retail food service didn't open until 7:00 AM. There was no coffee available in the morning and they were out of caffeinated packages to make in your room."
