"Room was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned ,sleeping mattress was heavily stained to the point even hotel staff agreed it needed to be replaced and was unacceptable to sleep on. Thankfully the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful, professional and able to find us another room for our stay."
