"The hotel was starting a refurbishment programme so things weren't as we remembered. However, the staff were coping very well and there was no loss of care from them."

"Check in was very efficient and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. The fan in the bathroom did not work so the mirrors were very steamed up. Breakfast was pleasant and good choice available. Check out staff lovely. One night stay for a theatre visit and this was in easy walking distance. Car parking for the hotel was very good and extremely reasonable for 24hours. "
