"The staff was awesome. The room was great. However huge disappointment that we couldn't use the pool. We called the front desk at 8:30am & asked if the pool was open, they said yes just opening. We got swim ready & went down to find thousands of ants in the pool. No way we could get in. They would eat us up. We did report it to the office. They apologized. My son was very disappointed. They offered him some treats. I hope Noone gets bitten up. Hopefully they take care of that problem before your stay. Also I'm not sure if they are remodeling some but outside to to back theres lots of pilled junk."
