"This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and a good breakfast, and close to public transport. My only complaint is that the reception is not open before you can check in, which means when you arrive 2 hours early because of the train schedules, you have no place to put your luggage, unlike most hotels in the world. They have to change this."

My disappointment has to do with the fact they kept wanting to charge me differently than what hotels.com quoted me. "I had the BEST time staying at Glück Auf in Mayrhofen! It’s hard to choose what I enjoyed most because the property, staff, location and amenities were basically perfect. I LOVED the room, the amount of space and cute decor made us feel so comfortable. The view of the mountains were jaw-dropping. The property is modern and clean and very quiet. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and we were excited to go...

"My husband and two young children came here last week and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Family Room. The staff were very accommodating especially to my children. The dinners were amazing. The Wellness Center was great after a long day skiing. The house was so cute. One night they put on an appetizer and gluhwein gathering by the bonfire. Another night was Farmers Dinner where the dinner was prepared with food from the farm. The view is amazing. You do need to drive to the downtown...
