"NH Ravenna is a short walk from both the station and the town centre, so it’s position is perfect. The hotel is large and modern with every facility you would expect. Check-in was speedy and efficient, our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the modern, well equipped bathroom was a delight! Breakfast featured everything you would want and the staff were charming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. "I really like this hotel, the staff are exceptionally friendly and speak fluent English and overall the hotel has a really nice feel. I've stayed a couple of times as a stop over and would highly recommend. Parking is in a secure car park accessed via a barrier. The hotel is also pet friendly and has a great breakfast. Would be nice to have cups in the room instead of paper cups though! This is a really nice 3 star hotel and deserves a 5 star review. Grazie "

"The shower stall is so small - I barely manage to squeeze in. Also they clearly cheated us of breakfast that suppose to be included. They have just some small number of pastries and try to pass it as "normal" breakfast. Not even cheese or bread. They have some cereal but van not find a single cereal bowls, so I have been forced to eat cereal from tee cup. "
