“Hotel met de service van een rijwiel”

Hotel ligt inderdaad op behoorlijke afstand van het verkeersloze centrum (te voet naar de Via Garibaldi neemt ca. 20 minuten tijd langs een rustige boulevard die beslist niet onveilig aanvoelt), maar dat heeft ook zijn voordelen: ruime parkeergelegenheid, ligging dichtbij het station en uitvalswegen en de service van een kek fietsje. Die heb je wel nodig om een restaurant te vinden want dat ontbreekt aan dit hotel. Hoewel, een snackbar annex cafeetje is in het zelfde winkelcentrum ondergebracht en bij de diverse aanpalende supermarkten kun je van alles aan eten en drinken halen. De comfortabele kamer is niet helemaal geluiddicht, met name storend geluid van huilende kinderen bij de buren. Heerlijk balkon, maar vanwege de lage hekjes tussen de andere kamers komen zijn dieven gemakkelijk de eventueel openstaande kamer binnen. Airco werkt prima en is geruisarm. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, mede door het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Hotel komt daarom bij een nieuw bezoek aan Ferrara met zijn indrukwekkende Duomo en talloze palazzi zeker weer in aanmerking.

Area recommendations
Ferrara is een belangrijke kunststad, niet zo als Florence, Bologna of Venetië die verhoudingsgewijs dicht in de buurt gelegen, maar het grote aantal monumenten, musea en andere culturele attracties (universiteit zorgt voor veel cultuur) vertegenwoordigen een rijke schat. Bovendien is de stad heel compact: al wandelend kun je in en rond het centrum alle musea bezoeken en en passant ook nog een aantal kerken mee nemen. De Duomo is van binnen en van buiten een eerste klas aanrader en kent bovendien een prachtige schatkamer die weer in een ander kerkje is ondergebracht. Ook het stadhuis, het Palazzo Diamanti en niet te vergeten de charmante Hortus die gratis toegankelijk is, zijn niet te versmaden. Bovendien zijn in de regio diverse steden (Modena, Bologna, Padova) met de trein binnen een of twee uur bereikbaar, zodat je je eventuele auto kunt laten staan.

“come una bici riduce le distanze”

buona accoglienza, hotel pulito e tranquillo, posizione un pò fuori città ma con con la bici dell'hotel le distanze diventano molto piacevoli

“hotel orologio ferrara-molto efficenti e gentili”

buona colazione,belel camere,ottiomo il servizio di biciclette gratuite fornite che permettono di visitare ferrara nel migliore dei modi. Hotel pratico perche' viucino alal stazione.in bicicletta ci si mette 10 minutio ad arrivare al Cestello e centro storico e 10 alal stazione.

“grande e comodo”

E' in una zona non centralissima ma in 15 minuti a piedi si è davanti alla Cattedrale. Da fuori non sembra un granchè ma dentro le camere sono molto accoglienti e spaziose. La moquette in certe zone dovrebbe essere cambiata perchè consumata. Nel complesso è un bell'albergo molto tranquillo e confortevole. La sala della colazione è troppo piccola rispetto al numero di clienti.

“Sistemazione valida”

Albergo di buon livello. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e ben pulita. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Per arrivare in centro a Ferrara (cattedrale), ci vuole un quarto d'ora-venti minuti a piedi.

“Buon Hotel. Ci tornerei.”

buon hotel a circa un chilometro dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Ferrara, non proprio al centro. stanze pulite, di buona qualità e comfort. servizio di biciclette gratuito per visitare in tutta tranquillità la bella città.

“Un ottimo albergo”

“ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

Unico difetto: non nel centro storico, ma vicinissimo e con parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Posizione esteticamente brutta, come l'edificio dall'esterno. A parte questo: camere molto belle e grandi, pulitissimo, curatissimo, personale gentilissimo, colazione buona.
