"The accessible room was one of the most spacious we have ever stayed in, gave plenty of room for manouver. The beds were firm - how we prefer it. The only negative we had was that at breakfast most of the cooked items were unavailble because they were very busy. "

"A great choice . We stayed at the Ramada to go to a concert at leeds arena . Short taxi ride away cost £13. Hotel was clean , friendly staff , simple check in. Comfy beds , shower was great . I would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Less than a mile from the showground so nice walk there and back.to events. Evening meal was outstanding as was breakfast the following morning. Our rooms where a great size but the only criticism I would have is that the room decoration was a little shabby however the cleanliness and furnishing where spot on."

"This is a great hotel to explore Harrogate and the local area. The hotel has a big car park and is within a few minutes walk of the bars and restaurants in Harrogate. Betty's tea rooms is less than 10 minutes walk. The rims of spacious and the hotel has great facilities. Highly recommended and we will certainly be visiting again."

"Check in was very efficient and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. The fan in the bathroom did not work so the mirrors were very steamed up. Breakfast was pleasant and good choice available. Check out staff lovely. One night stay for a theatre visit and this was in easy walking distance. Car parking for the hotel was very good and extremely reasonable for 24hours. "

"Lots of positives - great reception staff, well priced room, safe, comfortable and close to nice local range of small restaurants and shops. What was disappointing was that I had requested in advance, a room without feathers in the bedding as I am allergic to feathers and received an email confirming this would be arranged. However, when I checked the room on arrival, one of the pillows had feathers in it. Requests, made well in advance concerning allergies, should be carefully checked that...
