"Property was perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. My only issue was dining room staff took our order for tea / coffee informed us to use self service but we were not made aware in time that we would have to pre order fried/poached eggs , by the time our eggs were served we had almost finished eating our fried food which was by now cold. We had mot looked at menu as we went instead to use the self service . Clear communication would have prevented this occurring."

The Adair Arms had all the facilities required to make your stay the best with the added attraction of really great entertainment of live music to suit the taste of all on Saturday Evening. Irish breakfast was particularly good with a wide variety of choice."

"Booked 3 nights here while I was visiting Ireland for work. It's in a great location where I can get to my customers within half an hour. Close to Belfast, and down the road from the airport. Rooms are really modern and nice. Bath is a little small, but that's nothing to complain about. Breakfast in the morning is decent, the hot choco milk is the best. Can drink this all morning. Very welcoming hotel. "

"All was good except got food poisoning from supper meal. Had Chicken sandwich with salad so the chicken or the hard boiled egg was bad. I know it wasn’t the lettuce as I shared the lettuce with my husband and he did not get sick. Also disappointed no free refill on my soda. Breakfast looked lovely but didn’t dare eat for fear I was not fully recovered from the night before."

"We were only there for a short stay but overall it was a lovely stop over! Just outside Belfast it's situated in quiet countryside. Rooms were quiet, clean and easily accessible. We checked in late, which the staff were still there and helpful. Food after 5pm was tricky to source in the area but some later pizza places were open, drivable. "

"My room was cold, as the heating which is switched on from reception hadn't been turned on. After a few hours it still hadn't heated up so I asked to change rooms which they were happy to arrange for me. Food options wasn't the best, had a burger and chips which was dry. In the end I left this. The lady on reception was really nice and friendly. "
