"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"The staff at this hotel were excellent. When we checked in quite late the checkin staff were lovely and helpful. We booked for a second night however our room type was not available so were offered an 1140am checkout as the second nights room would not be ready until later in the day. We received a phone ca next morning saying we could stay in our room for another Night and moving was not required. Touched like this make a stay so very enjoyable and hassle free. Check out staff excellent also....

Different to Our previous stays we had our 4month old child with us. A portacot was available and made up with adorable bedding. We will definitely be back for a 4th stay in the future "

"Appreciated an early access to a ground floor unit. Parking provided but not for large cars. Nice large room. Unfortunately, the unit above us flushed the toilet a lot during the night"

"Although I arrived at the motel earlier than the check in time, they had a room available for me., even after the staff were all busy that morning after a huge number of guests were checking out.. On one occasion I couldn't open my room door but one of the staff immediately came to my rescue. Staff are fantastic."
