My family of 6 stayed here in one of their family suites, and it was great! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Everything was really clean. The only issue we had was the TV in the back bedroom didn't work, but since we weren't there to watch television my husband and I didn't care too much. The TV in the front room for the kids worked great. The exercise room is super tiny, but still met my needs. This was our first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn, and we would definitely stay here again.
We had the most amazing stay while visiting Yellowstone. We loved the s'mores pits! The kitchen has everything you could need. There's even binoculars and a walking stick in the room to use while there on vacation.
The person who cleaned our cabin left a wonderful note on the bed. It was such a nice touch! The staff is wonderful, we only had the best experiences with them.
You can use the swimming pool and fitness room at The Yellowstone Inn.
motel was very nice. We always eat at their restaurant when traveling through but this time the food was horrible. We complained about our dinner but nothing was done We both ordered chicken, which was half cooked and cold.. We got coupons for our breakfast, but the waitress was really distracted. We couldn't get a cup of coffee until we flagged down another waitress. Then they ran out of coffee and had to wait for second cup. She bought our breakfast, my order was ok but she ordered my husband's wrong. I asked for syrup for my pancake and had to wait and ask a second time, by then that breakfast was cold. When we finally got our second cup of coffee we had finished our breakfast.
For the price we paid, the condition of the Big Horn condo was extremely dissappointing. The decor clearly had not been updated since the mid-80's. No money had been spent on upkeep, so a number of things were broken, such as the garage door, the coffee table, the fireplace glass screen, and the latch on the back door. About half of the lightbulbs were missing from the lamps when we arrived. There were big rips and stains in the comforters and shams on the beds. The couch was so worn that the cushions kept collapsing, and the couch blanket was ratty and torn. I was really quite horrified that we spent so much money to stay in such a poorly maintained condo. To top it all off, there was no internet in the condo, which is somewhat of an expectation in this day and age. The owners and the resort should be embarrassed.
