"Perhaps my expectations were too high however the property is shared with a budget hotel, lots of dubious people at 6pm. I decided to stay at another place and forfeited one night. May be OK if you are on a budget, I had a new car and was concerned about security as well as noise."

"It was a good option for one night stop on our way from Nice to Nederland. AC working good at the beginning but during the night we woke up because was getting warm, we checked the Ac filters and they were dusty, so I removed them and the problem was fixed...my fout didn't mentioned it a check out but I left the filters outside so if the maintenance guy saw them he knows well what was going on. "Ideal stopover on the way to the alps from uK. Luckily arriving on Friday evening, we heard no road works on Saturday and could walk over to the market in the morning which was lovely. Our room had a lovely bathroom with plenty of hot Water. Comfy mattress. We could briefly hear some noise from upstairs but nothing to prevent me giving this hotel 5 stars. I would happily stay again "
