"From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . The cleaner was always bright and cheery and always stopped to ask if you was ok and needed anything . Plenty of quality sun beds with cushions. Towels also provided which was an added bonus . All in all PERFECT "

"Would have liked a few more practical useful things within apartment and a TV, which we could manoeuvre and with more channels. Also, the garden work should NOT start at 08.30 early morning... not conducive to people sleeping !!"

"Greeting was incredibly friendly. My luggage hit my leg and was bleeding, the woman at front desk insisted on cleaning my wound and covering with bandage! Kitchen was closed but had two ouzos, tzatziki and bread (sadly not pita) Room was spotless, Missed breakfast because of time zine woke up at 0930. Didn’t know what time it ended 😞. Dog, Ruby, was friendly greeter"

"Amazing atmosphere in this very old house right at the heart of the old town near all the historical sites in Rodes and also to the port. We enjoyed a lot breakfast and the conversations in the morning with other guests while we share the table."

"The property is amazing. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. It's not near the island center but there are buses nearby. There are lots of good restaurants near the property (my recommendation is Semis Family Taverna, great food and the service is incredible, prices are also good!)"

The room we stayed was very clean and had a nice view of the sea, however there were a few things that were not so user/guest-friendly in the room. 1. it would be nice if there are a small table and 2 chairs in the room; 2. it is difficult to open the bathroom door when the bathmat is laid out; 3. there is no place to hang bath towels; 4. shampoo/soap rack was right by the rain showerhead, so I hit myself against the rack during the shower. "The property had everything you needed. Wifi, air conditioning, hot water, swimming pool and very reasonably priced . The location was great for Faliriaki, it was about a 5 minute walk to restaurants & bars and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful. "Do not book this property! Booked this in November as it was near our actual hotel & this was to have a room on out final day as we had late flights! Got there at check in only to be told in very poor English they had doubled booked - they sent us in a taxi to a hotel they told us was 2,mins away! When we finally arrived it took us 45 mins to walk back to our hotel & the hotel room was not any better than a hostel! Very disappointed - we should have been told before hand! "
