"The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. "The property was very clean and centrally located. It was great value for money. The downside was I booked the wrong date and despite availability for the correct date the accomodation or Ebookers, not sure would not change it. Also we booked a room expecting 2 double beds and 2 singles but got 1 double and 3 singles which included a bed settee and pull out. Sheets were not provided for the bed settee. Overall great value but not what we thought we were getting. "

Located in the Old Harbor area of the port, the hotel has a beautiful, old-style charm in its courtyard, lobby and dining/sitting room, and clean, fresh bedrooms and bathrooms, with charming modern furniture and fittings. "Brilliant location room was spotless shower room was a lot better than most places I've stayed..only thing lacking was a kettle..which I solved..would definitely go bk .. there's a bit of road noise during the day..however it quietes down "

"Property was overall clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly, quick, and easy to locate room. Breakfast in the morning was a plus - juice, water, coffee, some meat, cheese, bread and other items. Although it is right off of the main road where cars and bikes pass, the noise is nothing to make a big fuss over. Bathroom seemed renovated. Overall for the price I enjoyed the stay and will stay again this week once I return from Skopelos. "

"I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. "Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"Cure little flat! Close to the port and walking distance to almost everything in Skiathos town. Was a bit surprised to see the shower is an open shower in the bathroom, but it had hot water and good pressure!"

"A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. Loads of sunbeds & cleaned daily. Andreas at Margi House was exceptional. Ordering taxis and giving us lots of local knowledge The free nespresso coffee was bonus. A few bars/restaurants within easy walking that were great. "

"The staff at the Rock were very helpful and I could store my bag in the reception while being on a boat cruise after check out. Note that the reception is at ”the Water” which has the same owners. ”The Rock” i brand new as of mid July 2023. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Too brief at only one night. We wanted to get a taste of Skopelos with a view of returning in a year or so. That taste was great. Nice, friendly staff and so helpful. They made our stay. Hotel is close to the town and it’s many restaurants and shops. "

"In a good position near the port and bus station. Close to all the tavernas. A short walk to the runway for aircraft viewing.The room had a balcony with a view of the harbour. My case was carried upstairs and the room was cleaned very well every day, the cleaner called me by my first name which was very nice."

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, nel complesso struttura molto bella e padrona gentilissima e accogliente. Avevo esitato a prenotare per il fatto che non ci fosse nessuna recensione, ma ora posso dire con certezza consigliatissimo. Vicino c'è il super market, il benzinaio e il fruttivendolo ma comunque a non più di mezzo km si arriva al centro città e al porto."
