Great for taking the bus, being close to a hospital, the police station, a convince store.
Short walk to the mall, the beach, the Marina, and many dance clubs.
Bad if you don't like street noise, or the some noise from clubs down the street.
All very nice and helpful. I spoke to them both in Spanish and English. Really caring people.
Hotel room and pool:
Both small, but I didn't spend much time there so not a problem for me.
It was always very clean and the maids did a great job making everything very nice.
It has air conditioning.
It's not a 5 star hotel, yet it was one of my best hotel experiences ever. You are welcomed with a hug - and it's an honest one. The entire property is just awesome, cute, well maintained, quiet... It is ideally located within walking distance of all the nice restaurants in Cabos San Lucas and yet far away enough from the centre to ensure a pleasantly quiet night. For breakfast, you first get a hug again by the owner - Eric - and a meal just cooked for you - every morning something different plus a home-made fruit smoothie, awesome. Best recommendations for day trips by Eric who grew up there and knows everything about Baja California...
Location is close to everything. Hotel Staff friendly but lacked fluent English. No shampoo provided and small television (classic double room). Overall, I would stay here again. I did not plan to stay in my room for a long duration because there is plenty to do in Cabo. Highly recommend if you do not have money for a resort and want a pleasant experience.
This is very authentic which is what I was looking for. If you are looking to "blend in" it is perfect. If you want to look and be treated like a tourist then one of those huge Resorts would probably be better for you. They are in the middle of renovating as it was a Comfort Inn. Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, bread and juice. They will also do made to order breakfast for a small price. There is a lot of road construction out front, but we just cut over to next block and didn't have to hop the curbs etc. Close to everything..2 blocks from El Squid Roe, 5 blocks to Marina (total tourist gathering) and if you go opposite direction of Marina you are in the real Cabo. Very little English is spoken here and the people are wonderful. I was a female alone walking all over the place and never felt afraid. I am actually planning on getting an apartment in this area in Nov for about 6 months. Absolutley one of the best times ever and this hotel was great.
Cabo San Lucas is a vibrant vacation destination - particularly around the marina but if you want a quiet oasis just a couple of blocks away, Los Milagros Hotel is an ideal budget hotel. The hosts and staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are plain but very clean. We would go back again in a heartbeat.
Hard to believe you're in town once you get inside, nice courtyard, kitchen area. rooms are nice, clean with comfortable beds. chairs and tables outside to enjoy the ambiance of plants etc.small pool on 3rd floor is clean and refreshing, great view as you relax in the bubbles. also a nice area in the shade to relax and read etc. I am staying there again in Nov when I go back
the hotel was comfortable and the staff pleasing. ask for the manager Gabriel, he is very knowleageable and helpful. there is a small convienient store on site, as well as a laundry and a small restaurant which will make your breakfast. I had it included in my rate. it consist of good coffee, two pieces of toast and fruits. for a small additional fee I could get ham/eggs and beans.
the bed was extremely comfortable. the insulation of the doors and windows worked fine. there was zero noise from 22:00 to 7:00. the rooms have a fridge and a fully equipped kitchen.
I can recommend the hotel. you can get slightly cheaper hotels but this one is probably the best in price/performance in the area
