"Koselig plass, som ligger flott til i forhold gå turer og tog turer! Avslappet atmosfære, og hjemmekoselig. Rommet var rent, og med eget lite bade med dusj og toalett. Vi spiste frokost og middag der, veldig godt!"

"We stayed for two nights, before the ski-ing season had begun. There were building works outside on the acces road side but our bedroom faced away from them and looked up the slopes. Our bedroom was very comfortable and warm. Breakfasts were good with a good choice of options and the dinners were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly, approachable and efficient when it came to dealing with our queries. I am not a skier so I cannot comment on what a ski stay might be like, but it was a good base...

"Starting with the positive, the location is very good. Easy to get into the city or to and from airport/train station. As for the issues, communication was poor. This might be a result of the host, or the booking service (hotels.com), or my phone not working well out of the country. We did not get check in information until requesting it, wifi passwords were incorrect, and how to handle garbage/kitchen quirks did not exist. On top of this, none of the contact numbers worked so we could not...

"We stayed here for three nights during our stay in Bergen. Great hotel and great location near the town center and the docks where the fjord cruises depart. The breakfast was amazing. We are five people traveling together and they had a room for all of us. They even had a washer/dryer to do laundry. Would stay here again."

Vi var bare ute etter en plass å sove ut før hjemreisen, så for oss var det greit nok. Vennlig person i resepsjonen gjorde oppholdet bedre. En ok opplevelse men kommer nok ikke tilbake."

"Spacious room for Norway especially for the price and proximity to city center. Wish there were blackout curtains!!! The full kitchenette was a lovely surprise and I definitely will be rebooking this room type for future visits. "

"Great location. Property is very small. No place to put bags/hang coats etc when the bed is pulled out. Also not clean floor. Not enough TP. Lots of ants! "
