I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...

"Although the room was clean, we could only have 2 towels a piece and the towels were absolutely as thin as paper, so how were we only supposed to use 2 of them? The A/C worked fine, but there was a distinct smell in the unit and the carpet outside and on the stairs was probably from the 70s."
