Many of Bengaluru’s two-star hotels are between the main railway station and Freedom Park, with more budget residences, suites and hotels close to Sree Kanteera Stadium, St. Mary’s Basilica and the State Central Library. Running through the heart of this area is M.G. Road, one of the busiest thoroughfares in Bengaluru, lined with shops, restaurants, bars and office buildings.
