"When we arrived there was nobody to check us in so we had to call a number at the desk. The lady who I spoke to said no your not booked here I have no rooms we waited for an hour in the lobby and luckily someone who lives at the property helped us out. "The owners were very friendly, however it was challenging communicating with them as they don't speak english. The room was comfortable and the onsite pool was a nice perk. However, the bathroom situation was an issue. Every time you took a shower, the bathroom floor would be covered in water as the shower curtain doesn't go down to the floor and it doesn't cover one open side of the shower."

"The room is what you would expect, it was small with a small washroom. The room and the washroom were exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which gave us extra sitting room with a view. The hotel was situated in the middle of Firostafani, Fira is about a 1 kilometer walk. The owners were friendly, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay. "

"The thing that stood out at this hotel was the service and kindness of receptionist and host Donja. It was also an accommodating stay due to the porch space. Our room did not have as many windows as I would have liked. Along with this minor detail, I will also say that the humidity was a little higher than I would have liked. For the price, this stay was okay, but the humidity was a negative factor for us (we are being picky about this)."

"This hotel is in an ideal location. It is a short walk from the bus, and all the shops and the view of the harbour. The staff are extremely helpful and assist with getting around to places. The rooms are small but are very clean. The beds are not the most comfortable but are okay for a couple of nights. "
