Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. It appears that at one time it may have been a great resort, but now it seems to be in need of better management. An all-inclusive resort should strive to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Most staff members seemed to follow a script and did not appear genuinely interested in providing friendly, personalized service. The hotel also needs to upgrade its beds and pillows, as they were not very comfortable. While the resort has several pools, they all close by 7:00 PM, which limits guests' ability to enjoy them in the evening. Additionally, dinner reservations must be made by 10:00 AM, which can be inconvenient. The checkout process was also unusual. Guests are not allowed to go to their vehicles to begin preparing to leave before checking out. Instead, you must gather all of your belongings, complete the checkout process, and only then are you allowed to leave. This policy felt unnecessarily restrictive and quite strange. Overall, the property has potential, but significant improvements in management, guest service, and policies are needed to provide a better guest experience.
