"The staff was very helpful in all my requests. They provide a suite of daily necessities so you don’t need to bring your own - such as, iron, steamer, dental kit, nail clipper etc. all you had to do is ask the guest service. Their layout is slightly odd where you had to go to the higher floors to reach lobby and there was a lot of up and down rides, however, I can see the structure was aimed to be secure as this hotel does have other services (
