"Love the hotel. One block from the canal and one block from the shopping street. There’s an onsen in the hotel but it could get crowded at certain times. Overall, love the hotel and can’t wait to be back."

"New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! ..."

"海水浴の後に家族で使わせていただきました。今回は12名での利用でした。大きいダイニングテーブルがありみんなでワイワイ食事ができました。プレイルームにはビリヤードなどが出来ありとても充実した日になりました。無人の為、チェックインはタブレット操作、チェックアウトはスマホでした。チェックインのタブレット操作は人数が多いととても大変です。玄関先に設置してあるタブレットを使うので西日が強烈でしたのでそれだけが大変でした。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
