Ibraheem was really attentive and helpful at all times.

Positives: The room was quiet, was a good place to get sleep, and was near the pyramids. Negatives: The hotel room, primarily the bathroom was dirty upon arrival with hair and dirty faucet handle. I was too exhausted from my flight to inform staff to complain about it. Staff constantly stares at us whenever we enter or leave hotel; it’s so strange and makes me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it’s a cultural thing in Egypt? Breakfast buffet food was not appetizing; at least food was available. Homeless children beggars outside the premise which made it uncomfortable.

Un excelente hotel con una vista maravillosa. Nos gustó absolutamente todo, la ubicación, la vista fabulosa de las pirámides, el personal maravilloso, el traslado desde / hacia el aeropuerto, el desayuno, absolutamente todo, recomendamos ampliamente este maravilloso hotel a todos los que quieran una agradable estadía cerca de las pirámides.

Bel hôtel dans un beau complexe, bel accueil, personnel sympathique. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit était magnifique et la nourriture dans le complexe était très bonne.

If you are looking for a true experience of Egypt, this is it… It’s local, it’s a smaller establishment. You get to know the people, who are wonderful. You have a personal experience. From morning chats over coffee to personal escorts for the best local cuisine, the staff are always available and always ready to help you. They helped me create the best personalised and well thought out itinerary to visit the sites in Cairo, Giza and Luxor. My father aged 80, my family and I had the best possible experience. Thanks Galaxy Pyramids. Thanks Seif, Mido, Hamdy, Adam… you were fantastic.
