The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

The room was quite compact and in need of a re-fresh, but the bed was really comfortable.
Walk in shower had good water pressure but no door, so all of the floor got wet.
The breakfast was amazing!

Appreciate we arrived at the start of check in time but it was very busy and not enough staff assisting. Staff who were there were very friendly though.
Same problem at check out as we were trying to store luggage and had to wait a long time for this simple drop off.
The room was comfortable but skid marks in the toilet and hair still on the shower drain were a bit concerning!
Convenient location and decent price for a summer weekend. We were only here 1 night and probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

This is truly a beautiful hotel. Appointments are exquisite and the staff is the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in years. Room was very nice with incredible extra touches such as heated floor in the bathroom. I cannot recommend Britannia highly enough.
