Also we think the restaurant for breakfast was understaffed- a long wait for food. (2,207 reviews) Property is going through construction/rebranding so it’s hard to say what it will feel like later. The review is mostly for the room since we didn’t have a chance to use the property much during this stay. We stayed in a newly ‘renovated’ room but even though we noticed some new details (furniture, carpet, sink area) other things remained as we remembered from a few years ago. It is strange they would do some refreshing without upgrading switches, handles, toilet, windows…Bathroom is a good size and shower us excellent! Bed is comfortable. I found closet/cabinet too small, especially considering all the space in the room. Very nice towels, toiletries, etc…My main problem was absence of light. Room is very dark - morning, day, night…Small window (especially on the first floor) doesn’t let enough light, there are no sufficient lamps, and it was impossible to get any makeup done. Bathroom led light wasn’t the best either. Personally, new decor was hit and miss.
