Clean room, atmosphere of safety. friendly caring staff.

This hotel has the potential to be a 5 star but there’s still things that need improvement. When checking in the front desk staff are friendly but they don’t know much about the room and amenities. Breakfast is included but as we went there wasn’t any food left and the staff wouldn’t refill the stations, basically you pay for a first come first serve even tho it’s buffet style. The rooms are VERY clean and well stocked. The cleaning service was the only staff that went above and beyond. I was on the 5th floor royal executive suite and in the morning leaving my room I smelled the most rank fish smell in the hallways. It made myself and family sick to our stomach and rushing for fresh air. I would recommend a stay here but beware that they do have improvements to be made.

Aracari was a very convenient to stay at considering I had much to do on the West Bank. Room was comfy and property overall was pretty nice. Hot water was good, and AC was very cool. Breakfast, different menu served daily, was served hot and had choices of coffee, juice or water. Bar/Restaurant onsite was convenient to grab lunch, dinner and a night cap. Didn't use the pool, but others did and had a blast. Would definitely use again.

The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. The rooms are so huge and very clean. The entire apartment was very big and I felt safe, comfortable and happy. He was also very fast with his response when we had any questions.
