I don't normally expect a lot from a hotel for me to be happy to return. The plus for this hotel is its location. However, that also means that it is very noisy at night on weekends especially. The hotel is clean to a satisfactory level. Although looking under my bed, the collection of dust suggests it could be more thorough. The staff are disinterested.And the front desk is not staffed all hours. I had small items such as phone charging cables vanish. But obviously with no front desk to raise this with it was hard to dispute. Breakfast buffet selection was minimal. The property is kept running at a basic level. Things done to keep things running, rather than to make things comfortable/convenient for guests. I'd not stay here again

Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven

We had a wonderful stay at San Angelo Luxury Resort. The whole resort is beautifully decorated, peaceful and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The pool area is absolutely amazing and was one of our favourite parts of the hotel - beautiful, relaxing and very well maintained. Another huge plus is that the pool, restaurant and bar are open 24 hours, which we absolutely loved and made the stay feel even more relaxed and convenient. What really stood out was the service. The entire team were amazing - always friendly, helpful and attentive. A special mention to the reception team, who were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping was perfect throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless and very well looked after. We also had a fantastic experience at the spa. The facilities were beautiful and relaxing, and the Thai massage was amazing - definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also fantastic. There are so many amazing restaurants, cafés and shops right outside the hotel, so everything you could need is within easy walking distance. Overall, San Angelo Luxury Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place with fantastic facilities, gorgeous pools and, most importantly, an amazing team who really make you feel looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Situated in the center of Tirana, the hotel is of high standing and has professional, helpful and friendly staff.

Nice-ish hotel decor, but relatively generic, could be anywhere. Beach wasn’t particularly special and had poor/no amenities. The main pool gets very over crowded. The hotel location is far away from any sights/attractions you might want to see. No food or drink service at all past 11pm in the hotel which is ridiculous. Some staff were helpful, others rude/nonchelant. Overall I would say very overpriced for what it is, you could definitely spend your money on a better experience.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. The bedroom was clean but too small. The hotel needs some improvement.

On arrival we were met by the very helpful son who ensured we were comfortable before assisting us with a parking spot in their own underground garage. The hotel was spotless and our room (303) provided an ideal overnight stay, well maintained, with ample space, a small fridge, balcony to the rear and a great bathroom and shower. It was really hot during our stay and the A/C could have been cooler but otherwise everything was really good. Breakfast commenced at 0730 and provided a good choice, much better than some previous reviews suggest. On departure, the owner helped us leave and provided helpful advice to leave the town and avoid a one way system. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your stay in Kruje.
