Stunning property. The setting is out of this world and you feel like you are on the other side of the world. It’s in a great location and the staff are very helpful.
Only one criticism - the pool was incredibly cold. Everyone sat around the pool, with no one able to go in it. Everyone said the same thing - that a property of that calibre should heat the pool

A very nice hotel with the most convenient location - close to beach, sights, and amazing restrauants - the reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay there.

El registro de entrada fue sencillo, sin personal en recepción.
- La habitación olía a tabaco. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no fue posible.
- Solo nos dejaron toallas para una persona. No fue fácil conseguir más.
- La secadora no funcionaba. Tuvimos que secar la ropa en la habitación, sin tendedero.
La comunicación con el personal por teléfono resultó complicada.
