Great location and nice staff. Tinny but clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tokyo tower.

Love the amenities at this hotel, the auto bath was great to have in addition to the washer/dryer and kitchen. The AC was fantastic to have in the summer heat. We enjoyed the large size room for our family. It’s really close to sensoji and the surrounding shops. There’s 2 stations close by.

Clean, friendly service, great location (although a little closer to train station would’ve been nice but our bags were heavy so it made the walk seem longer), roomy accommodations! One minor complaint: needing an elevator code. A bit of a hassle but understand it’s for security.

Very conveniently located to ginza for shopping and some great food options away from the crowded areas.

Staff was very helpful. If you want coffee, you will need to buy.

Comfortably bed made me sleep well. I like quiet and wonderful garden with “cloud”. It’s good for relaxation and taking photos. Staff is polite. Delicious breakfast is also good for guests.

Hotel very nice. Desk staff good. However staff at restaurant for breakfast and dinner unable to understand enough English to provide gluten free meal which hotel said it offered.
