It is a good hotel, very nice service, reception helped on any questions, room was too small, we barely placed our bags, but in general good hotel and good place

The A/C was switched off & we had 3 sleepless nights due to being to hot.They did manage to provide a noble A:c unit but not much good. Too noisy

The hotel is fantastic for families with children. The beach has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery, and the waterslide by the pool is great — just like the smaller, covered pool for the youngest kids. The food and the variety of food were fabulous. What’s absurd and negative is the morning “reservation” of sunbeds by the pool with towels and personal belongings by people who arrived hours after we did — we almost had nowhere to put our things. The hotel does not address this situation and leaves it up to the guests to sort it out themselves. What’s also unfortunate is the condition of the beach. No one takes care of the service there — it’s pretty much wild and unmanaged. The sunbeds are scattered around and in rather shabby condition. Towels have to be picked up by the pool (they don’t give them out on the beach), and they’re exchanged for a paper card, which I consider nonsense and a burden on guests in the 21st century. For a room price of nearly €600 per night, the guest receives very minimal service by the pool and none on the beach. That said, the hotel was great, and so was the food. We’re grateful for the one-hour later check-out.

This place is wonderful, did not want to leave. Food was excellent. Lounge chairs in the rocks, jumping in the sea, ladders to get out and very private. Wonderful

From check in ( Josef) to check out everything was perfect The location is a 10 minutes walk away from the old town or outside the hotel You get on the little rowing boat for €2 and the gentlemem rows you across in five minutes or less, it’s fun! The breakfast was exceptional and was almost on a par with a breakfast that we had in one of Richard Branson‘s hotels. All the different kinds of milk, freshly squeezed fruit shots, yoghurts, hot food, bread pastries and an egg station. The staff within the restaurants are super helpful and really attentive without being overbearing. We still on the fifth floor and we had a view over the pool and the sea The room on the hotel we’re at the perfect temperature for air-conditioning which was lovely, it is all immaculately clean and we even use the gym a couple of times which is functional. The indoor spa is amazing again very clean and very helpful staff. The pool is lovely and clean and comfortable beds, We ate in the restaurants they were both lovely. Zadar itself was very reasonably priced, and we got on the ferry a couple of times across to the islands and you can eat and drink very reasonably in nice restaurants / and the staff are always willing to give you recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody who is staying in Zadar,

The most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. We were completely blown away by the incredible food, amazing service and gorgeous scenery. We felt totally relaxed as soon as we arrived and appreciated all the amazing luxury touches such as the buzzers by your lounger, the remote control sun parasols, the way housekeeping always came when you were out at mealtimes and so much more…. Please do not hesitate to book Villa Nai 3.3 - it’s really special

Really nice find. Our flight got cancelled. We were delighted to find this property on short notice. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect for walking, beach access, and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The grounds have a naturally peaceful ambiance. Curb appeal is meh. Don’t let that fool you. 5 stars

Nice, quiet place to sleep, have an evening drink and breakfast. Very good value for money and a very short walk to Zadar Old Town.
