Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the room’s ample size, which comfortably accommodated a family of five. The air conditioning system functioned effectively, maintaining a cool and comfortable environment throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delectable options. The rooftop bar provided an inviting atmosphere with a selection of refreshing beverages.
However, there were several areas that could be improved. The beds appeared to be quite old and unappealing. Additionally, mold was discovered above the beds and in the shower, creating a concerning health risk. The pillows were also flat and unappealing.
While the location would be ideal during the carnival season, it does not provide a safe and secure environment for families, particularly with young children. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for a family vacation.
Despite these shortcomings, the service and food quality were commendable. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for families.
