Property is unique with a lovely garden, pond amd terrace

I wouldn’t consider this a true 4-star hotel. We recently stayed at a 4-star Hilton in another location, and the difference in quality was quite noticeable. The staff here were not particularly friendly, the wallpaper was peeling in some areas, and instead of shower gel, only bar soap was provided. Our coffee cups were not replenished during our stay, and despite registering as a family of four, we were only provided with two sets of towels. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the ocean view is definitely worth the extra cost. The rooftop pool was clean and enjoyable, and the bar staff there were fantastic. The overall facilities were clean, complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the direct connection to the parking garage was very convenient.

For this to be a Marriott property, we were quite disappointed. The hallways were never vacuumed when they obviously should’ve been. The common outside was not well kept. The pool was way too small for the amount of people there. The food and the staff at the Tides Coastal Kitchen was excellent!

The exit to the beach from the hotel needs to be repaired, its odd walking through the restaurant or out the front to access the beach. Cleaning the bathrooms is tricky, but special care should be given to the corners and nooks & tight spots where hair or cleaning agents buildup.

Beautiful. Clean. Easy vacation for families where parents can actually relax. And the food options are great!

Loved staying here! Great view from the balcony and staff was very friendly. Loved that we had a kitchen and was definitely worth getting the condo room. Air conditioner did leak on our balcony but I think it was from how hot it was while we were there. Will be looking forward to staying here again next time we vacation here.

Property could use a bit of power washing and some paint. Update to memory foam beds, update the appliances and it will be perfect.

I like the multiple pools located on the premises, the big spacious 2 queen bed room. But I really disliked the parking location is across the road and you have to pay for parking if I’m already staying at their hotel.
