This was our 5th time at this resort and it was better than the last time that we were there, amazing room & pools, the lazy river was absolutely beautiful.

Hotel itself, room, and food were all good, as was the location.
Staff let it down though, we had numerous examples of service that was inconsistent with a 5 star hotel. Including dismissive attitude towards malfunctioning aircon, poolside staff that ignored you unless you walked up, and restaurant and bar staff that claimed tables were reserved, which then suddenly became available for us as we walked away.
