Vent fan in my unit made constant noise. Very disturbing to sleep. Front desk told me it’s required to have due to fire code and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Very, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. However, the night we arrived, there was an event near the pool deck. The pool area was crowded, guests staying at the hotel had to wait 25-30 minutes for service or a drink vs. the event guests. Guests using the pool area were also subject to other guests crowding the pool area for a fashion show.
