I thought this hotel was superb. Amazing location in an eclectic, lively neighbourhood; and great value-for-money for NYC. Really friendly and helpful staff. And the room was simple and utilitarian, but also exceptionally well-designed and aesthetically and stylistically so cool as well. Free cocktails made for a nice welcome gift, and the overall energy and vibe of the stay was so on-point. One *tiny* quibble was the low pressure from my showerhead, but that was a small inconvenience at most. I've visited New York many times before, but staying uptown in the Heights this time was an excellent decision, rather than defaulting to midtown area. I'd highly recommend choosing Radio Hotel if like me you're an international traveler and you want a place to stay that's way away from the tourist spots, but from which those spots are still easily accessible (1 train straight shot down and up for the win). The staff and building are a credit to hoteliers the world over, and whoever is in charge there should be roundly applauded for the quality of service they have effectively delivered.

Staff provided excellent service suggesting restaurants, attractions, etc. rooftop was beautiful. Breakfast was impressive as it was all inclusive. Rooms were very large considering it was in the heart of Rome and bathrooms were as well. The elevator was small, but it always worked!

The interior fit out being a former 16th palazzo was absolutely beautiful and amazing and made us feel very special. The location was fantastic but also came with a lot of noise.

We loved our stay at 1 Hotel BK! Service was phenomenal, beautiful views, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 experience.

The hotel is tired I would put it at a 3 star range. Wallpaper is fraying and ripped. Rooms are a bit musty smelling. The pool was nice but the area around it unremarkable. Felt like false advertising - if it promoted itself as a 3 star hotel I would have been satisfied

El hotel es inmejorable! El staff es atento, servicial y muy cuidadoso de que todo esté bien. Me gustó muchísimo todo. Fue mi primera vez pero definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí mil veces más porque el servicio y el personal es extraordinario junto con las instalaciones y la ubicación. Me enamoré del hotel y sus empleados 🤗

Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!
